Tango dancing is one of the recreational activities that young and old are fond of doing today. It is true that it is also beneficial to one’s physical wellness. But you must also know that there are risks to your body. You may experience injuries and even dislocation of joints and legs, which are supposed to be prevented. Inexperienced dancers; poor fitness, technique and posture; fatigue; hazardous environment; overtraining and failure to rest when injured are just a few of the risks that awaits you.
But these risks are not reasons that are strong enough to stop an individual from dancing tango, especially when it is their passion. It does not matter if you may experience sprains, strains, impact injuries, blisters, bruises and ingrown toenails.
