But these risks are not reasons that are strong enough to stop an individual from dancing tango, especially when it is their passion. It does not matter if you may experience sprains, strains, impact injuries, blisters, bruises and ingrown toenails. What matters most is for you to enjoy dancing and express yourself to the dancing environment that you want to show.
Once injured, you should stop dancing, especially when you started feeling the pain. Do not push yourself to continue dancing because it will be very uncomfortable for you since the injury will get worse. As a first aid treatment, you may rest, put on ice and use a bandage on the affected area. This may relieve pain, but you have to seek for an expert’s advice as soon as possible. How leg dislocation occurred?

Look at your legs and see where the joints are. It could be on the kneecap and your hip, right? This may also happen on your ankles, shoulders and elbows because these parts are also used when dancing. Evaluation of Dislocated Leg
